This is an awful place! The maintainance is slow to get to your requests, the management office doesn't take your concerns seriously, the laundry room is so disgusting I always go to the laudromat (I dropped a sock on the floor once and decided to just throw it away), they have extremely poor customer service, the extermination issue (mice) has been an ongoing problem (ask anyone)...Thankfully my 2yr lease is up soon (I regret doing that!!!)--I'm moving up and out! My downstairs neighbors moved out because of a carbon monoxide issue in their apartment and the people next door were tired of not getting their maintainance issues addressed so they left too. Don't do it to yourself!!!
