I am a current leaser of the apartment complex. Its seems all too often that the management team decides to make apointments then not show. Why bother' Dont tell me one thing and then dont do it.

Safety is horrible around here. This area is considered Section 8 housing so i guess it comes with the territory. Police are a common sight in the area, but obviously arent here on good terms. Drugs are very prevalent and so is crime. Ever read about the Meth lab that blew up here' They will tell you someone left the stove on. Even had to replace a tire because someone, probably our neighbor, wedged a razor blade under our tire and sure enough we backed over it.

On top of all this, we share 1 washer and 1 dryer with 3 buildings, each having 6 apartments in them and most of the time its more because the other appliances in other buildings are broken. Dont try to do laundry when its dark because the light in our laundry room has been out for at least 5 months now.
