If you want to live in an apartment where you have rodents, and bugs as tenants right along with you, then this is the place for you.
This apartment was previously called Town & Country-Woodmoor & Foxhaven. When Sawyer purchased the apartments, all they did was changed the name, remodeled the leasing office, and hired mean unsensative people. These people made sure that every family that paid rent without aid suffered anytime they had any type of financial problem while families that had assistant through Section 8 were treated like royality at all times.
The maintainence was terrible. There version of handling mold in an apartment was to paint over the spots and put cardboard over the holes that came through the ceiling due to water damage. My daughter developed asthma because of this mold and mildew and they offered me no type of compensation or apology.
