I have lived at Gwynn Oak Landing for almost two years now. While the first year was good (I lived in a brand new apt); the 2nd year I transfered to a larger apartment which they called "classic" but all that really mean was OLD. I have rodents that I can not get rid of, I have appliciances that do not work. In the last 2 weeks I have had maintenance at my apartment 5 times for the same issue and it is still not fixed. At the beginning of the month they want ALL of their rent and so in return I expect ALL of my appliances, fixtures, etc to be in good working condition. I realize that things happen but don't keep putting a band-aide on something to hold it toghether when it needs to be replaced.

I just moved from there in 06' and had the same issues you're having now. I went above everyone's head and wrote at complaint to the corporate office. After that I had no issues. You have to literally threaten them before anything gets done. Move as soon as your lease is up!!
