Management needs to give all the residents a rent credit each month for all the mice and roaches that share your apartment with u. No matter how many times a day I would clean my kitchen and bathrooms the rodants never left. Maintenance and the office staff suck. The dirty maintenance men are to busy trying to sleep with all the residents to even fix anything in the apartments. No matter how many times u complain to the office about them nothing is done. Sawyer will pay more attention if one of the residents contracted a disease from their dirty workers. The office manager is a joke. I think all of them get high and come to work to just to support their habit.

Very true. It takes weeks for maintenance to fix a problem! When they finally came, they didn't know I was home, and my husband and I found someone using MY bathroom! Oh, and mice and roaches... Don't get me started there. I found a way to keep them out of the kitchen, and they've moved to the living room, bed room, and bathroom. Using the washing maching costs money, and if something goes wrong with the machine that is totally out of your control (like no water), there is no reimbursement. You're just SOL! I'm getting out of this place ASAP!

I have been here for 4yrs because of finances.. but this place is over run with mice and roaches..this last time I called for pest controll it seems as though more roaches came when they left. I will have to buy my own mice bate and traps I wonder if I can charge them for this. hopefully this will be my last year here this place is a mess and the maintenance guys smell like weed everytime they have to come to suposedly fix something
