Pests, Poor Maintenance, and No One Cares!

This is the worse place to live in the state of Maryland. I am constantly cleaning, requesting pest control from the leasing staff, and buying my own pest control devices (from cheap ones to the fancy, advanced ones) and no matter what I do roaches and mice keep coming back. Also, the maintenance is terrible. Most requests are completely ignored, even if you send them over and over again and call off the hook. The washers and dryers break down on a regular basis and when you ask maintenance what to do they say it isn't their problem. When maintenance does show up, they are high and/or drunk sometimes. Worse maintenance problems: Sewage problems, leaks, toilets not operating, pests, mold/mildew, I could go on! It is so bad if I want to see my friends I have to meet in public because I don't want them to see that place. The staff is unprofessional and rude and they go out of their way to show how much these despise their jobs by making everything difficult for the resident. I am moving out as soon as the lease expires. I had to constantly call the cops on my previous neighbors because of noise and domestic violence.I only had to live here for the past 2 1/2 years because of finances but I'm getting out because it is getting even worse. Don't move here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
