We'll being my first apartment, with one child at the time it was good until i found out my neighbors were infested with mice and roaches but the staff ended up putting her out. The staff is very polite and professional, the mateinace were very productive although you had your couple who would try top get at you if you are attarctive which i feel is unsafe but all you have to do is request that do not return to your address and your good.

I have been here for about three and a half years and now two childern and hadn't had any problems that i haven't seen before....a few domestic volience issues with neighbors and one woman was killed in her apartment two buildings down from me, the only thing i don't like is the lease agreement as far as keeping up my apartment, since i been here i had seen four roaches and three mice (caught one) but light some inscents and get some riddex and you'll be ok!

I agree the leasing staff is proffessional at bull shiting you and not folling up on the service request. The maintenace is polite i have had no problems in 10 years. The laundry rooms are being used as motel suites by prostitues at night. People get out there car empty the trash on the street. The area is heat activated 70 degrees or more DRAMA 50 degrees lower peace junkies hate cold weather
