When we first moved into the building, it was infested with roaches. The roaches were so bad they were in the hallway and outside of the building. The other tenants played very loud music all day and nite long. The children played in the hallway all day and all nite. The older kids smoked marijuana, had sex, rolled dice, and threw trash in the hallway. The police were called several times, but things did not change. I have contacted the rental office and the coporate sevral times via telephone and writing. When you order food for the delivery, the delivery man will not come inside the building. They break the lights inside the building, the building is always dark. You can not see your keyhole or anything else in the buildingHOW MUCH MORE CAN I SAY.

Move! I used to live at 6428 Townbrook Dr. While I never had problems with roaches i DID have a problem with mice. The rental office was very unprofessional. Maintenance came into my apartment for a "leak" and left a mess. Hallway lights were never working properly. Police constantly drove through. MOVE, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a horrible place, I come back from a long day of work and find marijuana all over the steps, I literally trap 7 mice a day in my apartment; maintenance and management are very unprofessional. Maintenance will literally fix a leak with superglue.

I agree I lived in Cedar Heights Ct and that was by far the best ct they had. I was only their for a half of year and It was horrible i broke my lease. Its the projects in Woodlawn. Fighting, Drugs, Etc. Its not somewhere to raise your a child. The finale straw was one night I came home and a man locked himself in his apt and set it on fire the whole ct was blocked off. I had to park to courts over and walk I knew it was time to go.

I have been at Gwyn Oaks 10 years even when it was town and county. I have never had a roach there have been mice they eventually moved i guess with dirty tennants. I live in a quiet building with no drugs loud music etc. There have been siteings of prostitutes in the laundry room using them for motels. There are area of drug traffic reported and ignored.
