I have been a tenant here since March 2005. NEVER WAS A DAY LATE WITH RENT!! It's always something with this area and staff. The kicker was that I had a leaky window which I complained about for a year. Nothing substantial was done. They would only caulk the window which did not stop the leak. This resulted in mold growing in my apartment. I received no relief from the rental OR the regional office. I was brushed off until I was fed up and demanded to be released from my lease. This obviously was the tactic they planned all along b/c it was cheaper to release me from my lease rather than make the necessary repairs. So know that Sawyer Realty will put your life in jeopardy to make that buck. Also know that Sawyer Realty and their negligence has led to fatal injury of others in their other properties. BEWARE!!!!

That is so unfortunate. I've heard horror stories from others residents as well. I consider myself very blessed because God has kept my issues of concern at a minimum. My biggest complaint is the amount of rent I pay compared to my neighbors. I pay way more than anyone in the building but yet I have not had any new immunities like new carpet, new front door, door bells, up-to-date fixtures or anything since I've been here which is almost 4 years now.
