Overall apartments are alright but the staff is very unfriendly and they don't want to work with you. Called to get my closet fixed about a month ago and nothing has happened yet. Maintenence is very slow but if you pay the rent late by just one day...they charge you an extra $70 and want money order in return.
They have towing service as well..that tows your car away if you didnt see the handicapped sign and parked car by mistake..then another expense of $250 to get car back.
HORRIBLE..NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I too had a small flood and they were very slow to fix it. I havent had any bad experiences with the tow company but I have seen them looking for people to tow. hopefully this is my last year here too.

Yes. I had my car towed about a month after I moved in. I was too upset. The parking situation is horrible too. The staff is ok, but they are lax about following up with you. I had a flood in my apartment and they were so slow about following up with me on the clean up process. Terrible! I'll be there a year in November. I will porbably stay for one more year after that because I really don't feel like moving, but after that I will go elsewhere.
