I have been living here for about a month now. I was a little nervous after reading these reviews!!!! However, SO FAR....I have not had any trouble with rodents, or suspicious neighbors. The office was great when I moved in. They were actually the reason I decided to go with Hamlet. I did have to call maintenence when I moved in b/c my stove was not working but they came out and fixed it the same day. It is a very quiet neighborhood. SO FAR SO GOOD!!
