the office people are very nice and accomodating but the mice are terrible. the rent goes up each year by extreme amounts the neighbors tend to be beggars who ask for change on their way to the bus stop, the maintenance men are somewhat clueless theres one guy who seems to know what hes doing and they send him to fix the other guys' mistakes, there has been vandalism, there are lots of kids and people hanging around at all hours of the night, the laundry room is creepy and not well lit, the cleaning lady is mean and u had better stay out of her way! for the price im paying i shouldnt have any of these problems
