My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and the only complaint that we have is the little mouse problem. We have tried everything from traps to that little thing that makes the silent noise and nothing works. I guess there is only so much they can do seeing the building is kind of located in the woods. Other than that, the neighbors are very helpful and friendly. The maintanance is the best they are soo awesome. The neighborhood is really quiet. It is also close enough to the city without being located in the city. The rent is super cheap as well. Other than that annoying mouse, we have no complaints.
