We just moved in on Saturday 09/22/2007 and upon inpection of the apartment we found that the person that lived there before, had apparently burnt the cabinets to the point that they were melted. I can't believe they didin't give us a walk thru or even rented the apartment with melted cabinets. Be sure to inspect upon moving in so they won't talk your security deposit for what someone else has done.

Unfortunately, as a student, and money restrictions I have to live here, hopefully not for long.

Additionally, why do they charge one whole month's rent in advance and one month security if you have excellent credit. That is taking advantage of students. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

Any apartment will make you pay rent a month in advance, and the security deposit is based strictly on credit score and income from what I understand. Other places look at rental history, etc., but not this management company. So one month's deposit is good. Two would be not-so-good.
