*** BUYER BEWARE ***
My wife and I have lived here for 2.5 years and we've seen some crazy things in Martin Ct. To start, the rent is low but the neighbors are questionable. We've seen FBI agents looking for criminals, cops looking for drug dealers, and prostitutes living in the complex! When we first came the atmosphere was ok, but things have gone down a lot. We are glad to leave and move down south.
Management ok, and maintenance ok. If you have things that need fixing...the sweeky wheel gets the oil. Ok for short-term leases and singles, but not a place to raise children.

Don't know where on Martin *you* live, but your experience is totally different from mine...stable neighbors who don't bother anyone, and peace and quiet. Other than the cop who LIVES here, I've seen a police car maybe four times in as many years.
