I have lived in these apartments for two years with my boyfriend. He had lived here prior for about two years which is why we choose to live here. They are nice cheap apartments. The maintenance is great and very friendly. I've never really had to deal with the management office except for when we first moved in which was pleasant enough. We definitely had a mouse problem but we found the problem area and sealed it up...been mouse free since. I live in a 1 bd apt so the bedroom is huge. The storage and closet isn't ideal but you work around it. I've put in some extra shelving in the closet. The laundry facilities aren't the best looking but they get the job done. It's $1.50 per load. I've never had a problem parking right next to my apartments and even when I've had visitors there is plenty parking. Plus the dumpsters are close enough to walk the trash out on your way to the car. The actual community has never given me problems and I have never felt unsafe in our neighborhood (martin ct.) Yes I have seen cops in the court and even come to my neighbor's apartment, but the neighbors are friendly and the rent is cheap because it is not the best area in town. We are right outside the city line. Don't expect too much when you're only paying $700/mo. There have been a few incidents (killings) close to the neighborhood that have been on the news but the actual neighborhood is great. Plus we're right off rt 40 so we're close to pretty much anything we need. If you're set to moving into this area these are the best options of apartments. If you don't have a lot of money to spend and don't mind living in a lower middle class area, we would recommend st agnes.
