I have lived at this complex for 2 years, and have spent that time trying to finding a better place. This place is completely mice infested and the worst part about it is that they know about it. When I first complained about the mice, I was told that they would have my apartment exterminated and they would seal holes where mice may be getting in. None of this has helped. When I complained again they said that it was a complex wide problem and offered me glue traps. Since then I have removed over 13 mice and I am still counting. This place absolutely sucks and management will do nothing to help you. This community is managed by Maryland Management and when I complained to them, they told me that I needed to complain to the property manager who was already no help. Let's not talk about removing mouse traps. They do not consider this an emergency (well, for a single female it is). NOt to mention that the roof leaks when it rains hard. Some intelligent person decided they would spray paint the stove top instead of cleaning it so when I started cooking on the stove the paint burned and now the stove top is discolored, and oh yeah the paint on stove top also peals (could this be anymore of a health hazaard).
