I rented my first apartment at Windsor Forest. The leasing agent was very pleasant and seemed very interested in my situation. There were a couple issues with my apt at move-in but maintenance quickly resolved them. I spoke to the manager later about a noisey neighbor, which she quickly resolved. The grounds crew try very hard to keep the grounds up, but some of the tenants make it very difficult for them. They often leave their trash in front of, and not inside of the dumpster, not to mention old mattresses and furniture also. All in all, I enjoyed living here and would recommend it to anyone.
