Everyone's experience may be different, since some of the apartemnts have been renovated. I happen to live in one that isn't. It isn't too bad for the most part, but I am not planning on making it my home. I have only lived here for about 2 months and from day one I have had issues and have had to call maitenance just about everyday. First, my a/c wouldn't blow out cool air, the my refrigerator door was broken. I am still having the probelm with my bathroom sink draining entirely too slowly. Granted I do live in the unrenovated apts. but when maintenance comes to fix it I expect it to get fixed. Now that it's cooler the heat doesn't work and we have called about it several times. You definately get what you pay for. But it's livable. Also since the buildings are all pet buildings, the hallways reek of pet odors. Inside your apartment won't have the same smell if you don't have pets of your own, but it's that initial getting to your apartment that is hard. I am just here to save money so that I can buy a house and just to do that, it's a great place to live minus the occasional headaches. Plus when I moved here from PG County I got a significant decrease on my car insurance premium. That alone was worth the move.
