Recently I received a letter of renewal from corporate and management to renew my lease for another year. This letter of renewal came with an increase of $66.00 more per month. $66.00 more!!!! I have been a resident for over 5 years and have an excellent payment history. I've received an increase each year but never this much. I wrote to corporate and management to reconsider the increase amount. The amount was to be reduced by $10.00, so instead of $66.00 the increase would be $56.00. "wow". The President of the United States didn t increase taxes, well maybe "corporate" does know about a recession. In the best of times the increased rent for renewal was NEVER this much. Maybe corporate are all Republicans, or is it just the neighborhood''' hummm.....
