A/c doesnt work and it is infested with rodents. The office staff is on edge and ready to confront you in a confrontational manner if you "get out of Clarke Manor Apartments 64% Recommended Apr 22 2008: I just moved out of Clarke Manor because I'm relocating to Maine. I just wanted to thanks the management staff and maintenance for treating me so well and addressing my problems whenever I had any. I moved back to Maryland and right back to Clarke Manor- been back 2 years and would rent no where else. The manager |
