My husband, 4 month daughter, and I have lived here since January. The minute we walked in to our newly built apartment, we found many things wrong. The walls had orange spots all over the place. Shelves in kitchen cabinets were not installed. The bathroom in the master bedroom had a drawer missing. We had no doors on our hallway closet. The bar in the closet of one of the bedrooms was missing. And since then things have only gotten worse...

We have had 3 different maintenance guys come in to fix the "problems" listed above. And they always seem to come up with an excuse not to fix it, or they dont fix it correctly. We still have no drawer in our bathroom because (someone else has to do that) they say. And the closet door in the hallway broke loose as soon as I opened it up!

More problems arose. The bathroom flooded after the first use. The deadbolt locks on both the front door and patio door broke within about 2 months. The walls are so thin, we can hear conversations and foot steps much too clearly! The washer/dryer hookup area is a joke! The washer and dryer dont fit. So our dryer is sticking out into the foyer. And even if they both could fit, the door wouldn't close because the closet is not made deep enough.

Another recent problem is the amount of bugs! Now i know that every house has some bugs and there is no real way to stop that completely. But this apartment has the most amount of bugs i have ever seen. They come in from the patio door because it wasn't built right. Huge spiders, weird black (unknown name) bugs the size of quaters, and disgusting centipeed looking ones. I can't possibly stand seeing one more bug!

Overall, the construction is very poor and these apartments are definitely NOT worth the money! Maybe $600/month tops!
