Do not even stop to look..Where does one begin. We have been here almost a year and we have had too many problems to write down. The floors are bubbling because they were not installed correctly in the kitchen, front door and front bathroom. Still not replaced. Managed stated someone outside the company would have to fix it. When someone takes a bath above us, water runs, not leaks into our unit. We are not the only ones to have this problem. I know of at least 6 other units that have had this happen. The problem is because the plumbing was done cheap. The ceiling has never been fixed and now the cabinets in the kitchen are starting to fall. Have no idea how much mold is behind the walls. Where you put the washer/dryer, the space was not done correctly. Our machines would not fit. The delivery man just laughed and said how they cut corners. I have no idea if there is even a maintance man here.
The trash is picked up three times a week but it is not enough. There is only 4 dumpters for everyone up here. Heaven forbid someone moves or out. The pictures do not tell the whole story. They were actually taken on a "good" day.
Beware that you may be paying 1000-1200 month but your neighbors will probably be section 8. Yes SECTION 8. So while you pay all this money for cheap construction your nosiy neighbors pay next to nothing. Why should I have to pay this kind of money to live in a section 8 complex.
Problems with the stove...paint is really white wash over dry wall..
When my lease is up I am out.
