nice and new community

Fountainview is a nice community I have lived here for about 6 months now and have never had any major issues. The buildings could of been built a little more sound proof, but all in all a great property for the price. Maint & Office staff have always been nice and helpful, and seem to care about the property and the Residents. I would definately recommend fountainview to my friends. Pets are allowed that is a big plus to me also!!!
