Please be advised that these used to be nice townhouses to live in back in January 2004.

However, when the new property manager assumed the position in January 2005, I could get no help nor assistance when I needed it. I even was charged once by the maintenance man for being locked out. He told me that he would provide me a receipt of the money, but I never got one. I am most assured that he simply pocketed the money.

When I moved out, I left the address for my new residence to mail my deposit check. However, the legal 45 days passed and I still had not received my deposit. It took nearly 3 months (90 days) for me to receive the deposit check! Moreover, I had to be persistent in getting the property management company to send the money that was rightfully mine.

The quality of life was also decreasing there. There were 6-10 people living in many of the townhouses when I departed in July 2005. People were hangind out in the front yards making loud noises at all hours of the night. Often, they were drunk as well.

Eventhough I think the physical structure of the townhouses is of good quality, I would not recommend anyone that I know to live here. Between the shady and inadequate management and the quality of life issues there, I will recommend anyone considering this place to stay away!
