Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
Ive lived here for 3 years, Repairs were always taken care of, Only ever needed to call them once the whole time tho. Pest control is done every few months! Apartment was in great condition, Even the hallways are cleaned and moped about once a month. Landscaping is their thing here, They stay on top of that for sure. i had no problems at all, NO crime, Walls and floors are a little thin, Other than that, Ive loved. Grady Management- A
