Here is the good point: It's in the country. Here are the bad points: 1) Maintenance walks into the apartment unannounced, 2) Nobody answers the phone 3)It took almost one YEAR to get the air conditioner replaced!!! 4)My husband and I counted 20 (no lie) wasp nests on our balcony alone and when we said something to the manager, she handed us the wasp spray and said, "Here you go, that should take care of it." Then, of all the things, it is advertised on their website that there is a playground. There is no playground. If they are talking about the pool, well, lets just say that the pool should be open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. It is in the middle of June and still the pool has not been cleaned up, water placed in the pool or lifegaurds hired. If you ask me... I would NEVER live here. It has only gone down hill since my husband and I moved here.
