The Apartment is terrible. Its like living in a third world country actually much worse. The kitchen swarms with Roaches and bugs. Our New Matteress got Bed Bugs. The Garbage is not disposed on time. Also the apartment is a haven for illegal imigrants - like one 1 BK Apartment has 5 - 6 folks living. Many don't have valid visas.
Superficially the Staff are sweet but they are really of no help. They just nod and move on. Nothing gets done. Rarely anybody picks up the phone. I personally feel that ----- and his ---- ----- just pocket the money they get from Biltmore realty.
Also we had to use offsite laundry facilities.

the person who wrote this is an idiot, coz who care if u are legal or ilegal; they are paying, right; is not our problem that you don't like peoples with no good visas...if u don't like live there so why you don't move to another place...

Well this idiot knows certain amount of Law of the Land. It??s illegal to harbor Immigrants with no valid visas to stay in the United States. The way you answered this post just shows the level of your education with the spelling mistakes, level of decency and that your intent is all about making money - not being a law abiding citizen.
