The previous review I read hit the nail on the head. Debbie Newlin was a very rude and nasty person to deal with, and they definitely played musical staff there. I especially loved the windows and doors that where painted shut and the Maintenance guy that didn't know how to fix anything. Hopefully these reviews can help someone take a few more days to review other apartments in the area before jumping into a place like Kenley. I moved up here from Virginia and wasn't familiar with the area and was impressed with the look of Kenley and the fake smiles of the staff. I figure if I was paying that much for rent it must be a pretty nice place to live. That was a mistake! BTW don't expect to see much of a deposit back from this place. Ive rented from several apartments in my life and this was the first time I lost any of a deposit. You will also find this to be one of the only places in Hagerstown you will pay a pet deposit and a monthly pet fee. After moving to another BIGGER and CHEAPER complex we couldn't be happier. Renters Beware
