Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
I was smart enough never to move in but they still ripped me off. Rose is serious fast talker who kept my "reservation fee" because she claimed I was approved when I never received notice. I also had to call her twice in one day in order to get an answer from her. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! You can do much better elsewhere.
