I have lived here for 6 months now. They aren't the cheapest apartments but I don't think they're as bad as everyone is making them sound. I've never had a problem with Rosa calling me back or being snappy with me. I've never given her a reason to, making my rent payments on time and such. I will say my husband and I are not planning on staying and there are a few definite things to complain about, but what apartment living wouldn't have something to complain about.

Rosa has been great. She is always in the office. I am not sure why others say differently. Whenever I call she is quick to anser the phone, promptly & poletely. Any problems I have had were addressed & resolved. I have been here for almost 4 years & Rosa is a breath of fresh air compaired to prior management. The complex is always neat & clean & the grounds are well maintained. The community is very quiet & clean. I will continue to rent here.
