HELLO, LET ME START OUT BY SAYING BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS APT COMPLEX, THE LADY THERE IN THE LEASING OFFICE IS A RUDE,OBNOXIOUS PERSON WHO WANTS YOUR BANK ACCONT STATEMENTS,HOW MUCH MONEY YOU HAVE, ETC.IF LOOKING IN AREA I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND LOOKING ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE GIVEN A BIG HASSLE AND THIRD DEGREE AND TREATED HORRIBLY.

The manager of this complex is from Baltimore city and is suspicious of EVERYONE! Even my 74 year old grandfather! She's harrassed my guests without provocation so much that my best friend of 28 years won't even come over! She's had vehicles towed from our GUEST lot after being there for only a few hours, and when vehicles from St. Maria Goretti school, when there was no room in the school lot had pulled over on the grass during a basketball game! By the way, I have paid my rent ON TIME, sometimes even before the 1st of the month, have had no complaints from neighbors, no parties, nothing! This was a mutual vacation though. I was intending on putting my 30 days notice in. The apartments are very, very small, outdated, and she is charging $1.75 FOR AN APARTMENT sized laundry load to wash and $1.50 to dry! I realize that there are alot of elderly people here and she's probably just trying to protect them, but there is a thin line between protection and intrusion!
