The manager of this complex is from Baltimore city and is overly suspicious of EVERYONE! Even my 74 year old grandfather! She's harrassed my guests without provocation so much that my best friend of 28 years won't even come over! I've seen her going through the trash dumpster at 4am. I'm not sure what the heck she was looking for... She's had vehicles towed from our GUEST lot after being there for only a few hours, and when vehicles from St. Maria Goretti school, when there was no room in the school lot had pulled over on the grass during a basketball game! By the way, I have paid my rent ON TIME, sometimes even before the 1st of the month, have had no complaints from neighbors, no parties, nothing! This was a mutual vacation though. I was intending on putting my 30 days notice in. The apartments are very, very small, outdated, and she is charging $1.75 FOR AN APARTMENT sized laundry load to wash and $1.50 to dry! The plumbing here is about 50 years old, so water is slow going down the drain in the bathroom. She did have brand new windows put in this summer, so that's a nice addition. I must say though, the heat and hot water is paid for and when we were moving in, I couldn't believe that we were getting this apartment for so cheap! I don't think we had an electric bill over $50 the whole time we've been here. I realize that there are alot of elderly people here and she's probably just trying to protect them, but there is a thin line between protection and intrusion!
