Rosewood is not like other rental properties it really feels like home. I have lived at Rosewood for 2 years and I look forward to staying for a long time. I am finally seeing some progress on the pool and clubhouse it looks like it will be a great addition to the community next year. I highly recommend this property

I've lived here just as long... the pool progress? WTF, they poured the cement liner Sept 07 and its collecting rain water to this date. The clubhouse and extras have been "stop work order" by the county at least 12 times in the past two years. the maintenance is a bit lapse, I agree with the safety of this place, the office staff, which I presume is you, is ok if I ever saw them (our work schedules make it hard to see each other). The ameneties that were promised when I first moved in are far overdue, and the gym which was supposed to be part of the development is a commericial property out front. But I can't say that they are bad, nice gym overall. Now, if we can only get this place fully done, and that the new "active adult" apartments opened... makes younger people feel old to see those for rent for them.

Sometimes things happen during construction that are out of control I take them at there word that they are trying to get stuff done and I find it funny that you have lived here as long as me and think it is that bad maybe you should have left a long time ago or maybe it not that bad after all as for the maintenance I have not had any problem not to say that they are topnotch but they seem to do ok All and all I really like it here and wish you the best in your search of a better place to live lol
