For your own personal safety, do NOT live in the apartments!

My family and I have lived in the apartment building since 2006. In August of 2008, we moved to a different unit. A week after the move, we noticed a huge amount of standing water in the AC closet leaking into the bedroom of our newborn baby. This problem appeared to have existed for years, upon further inspection. Instead of fixing the problem, the maintenance simply painted over the water stains and replaced the floors. The mold propagated to the point where our baby reacted violently and had to be taken to the emergency room only a week after living in the unit. According to maintenence, this was "not an emergency."
Let that speak for itself.

The maintenance staff responded quickly to the emergency call and had the problem fixed within 24 hours. Even the experts called to the scene stated there was not a mold issues. Mold does not grow in a 24 hour period. The problem was a recent leak and had not existed for years. The maintenance staff and management reacted quickly and tried to help this tenant with the situation. Rosewood is a resident friendly community and is willing to help in anyway they can.

The maintenance was called on Friday. On Saturday, the maintenance guy tore the AC apart to look for the problem, but couldn't find the source of the leak. The problem was NOT fixed within 24 hours. If the management is going to post to this site anonymously, they should at least check their facts.
Any idiot knows that mold does not grow within 24 hours. The experts brought to the scene included a Health Department representative who stated that the problem had existed for years, as did a building contractor. The single leak may have been recent, but we have over 100 photos of past water damage in the same area around the bedroom, the dining room, and even outside on the patio. The problem had obviously been covered up before.
Furthermore, during the time we were unable to stay in the apartment but had not yet found a place for our furniture, management entered our apartment without notifying us first, once leaving the front door unlocked with our belongings inside.
