I lived in Rosewood Village for a year (Aug 2007-Aug 2008).

Pros: I thought the apartment was very nice (hardwood floor, big bedrooms, open kitchen/living room, clean), my roommate and I had little problems. We were on the first floor, and it felt very safe. The parking was always available.

Cons: We did have a mouse once (which took a week to "take care of"), but other than that, few problems. The neighbors always seemed to be changing (bad tenants') and were pretty audible through the walls. There are dogs everywhere, and so was their waste. It got better once they put in the doggie trash cans, but still a problem.

*** I had read a review that they do not return security deposits, which apparently is true! My roommate and I spent 2 days to clean the empty apartment before leaving. During the walk-thru, the property manager said it all looked good and there were no problems. My roommate received only $150 of his $900 security deposit for "maintenance supplies". ***
