Maintenance was never completed properly or when promised; security got worse and worse; and rent kept rising. Spoke with everyone from the Maintenance Manager to the "Operations Manager" time after time and always got the same old run-around. One hand doesn't know what the other one is doing. This company, Washco Management out of Hagerstown, has one goal: Take your money, make false promises, keep your security deposit, feed you B/S in the meantime, and ensure the Shaool family's net worth and wealth continues to rise while your roof and water heater leaks in your townhouse.
