I'm am really disappointed in this place. I was very excited to move here. When I moved in, the place was still dirty and the maintenance was not all finished. We had always been on time with our rent and we received a letter stating that the office was going to take us to court for a $60.00 water bill that the office said they mailed in December and put at the door. We have still yet to see any of those letters. I guess the post office must be really really slacking these days. All of the community notices are received on Friday and you must comply by that Monday or they will try to evict you. For example, we got an extermination letter on Friday stating they were coming on Monday and all pets must be locked up. I don't want someone that I don't know coming into my house when I'm not home or have to lock my dogs up for 8 hours. The office should just give us time to make arrangements. The management is very incompetent and maintenance never fixes things within a reasonable time frame.
