I moved in in August and the Regional Manager is not a professional person. She is always flirting with the staff and they can't seem to keep a property manager. I had a run in with the regional and she is so fake and doesn't seem to care what happens to the property. The housing would be better without her. They had Jennifer and she was good, but she left. Then, they had another one and Glenda was the last one. She was excellent and cared about the community, but they managed to get rid of her and another leasing specialist that was really helpful. Now, they only have one leasing person that knows what she is doing. I tried to talk to Kim and she is clueless about anything with the property. Some of the maintenance guys are pretty cool, but nothing ever gets fixed. I am planning on moving to Rosewood when my lease is up.
