I don't live in the Woodbridge Townhomes, but I live in the Brandywine Apartments and recently moved into the Brandywine Townhomes which are managed by the same company as the Woodbridge Townhomes. The area (lawn) is beautiful, I have no complaints regarding maintenance, there is 24/7 emergency maintenance and they usually respond in a timely manner. I have small children and the Washington County, MD public school systems are EXCELLENT & OUTSTANDING!! I have been a resident since 2006. The only problem was a neighbor who lived above me when I lived in the Brandywine Apartments; she had small children (two)in which they would run and stomp over my head etc. I made several complaints regarding her in which I was told by management that they would send her a letter. Well, I made several more complaints over the next year regarding the same neighbor and finally management told me (or gave me the option) to move into another apartment. Why did I have to move' I was very angry and decided that I'm not the issue/problem. All in all, my neighbor at the end of her lease moved (not sure if she was asked to move). Parking is great and besides my issue with my neighbor; a quiet area to raise a family.
