This is a budget complex with affordable townhomes perfect for students. My husband and I have been here 2 years and most of my neighbors are families with children. It is hard to do laundry at the communal laundry facility because of the rush on weekends, and I did without the dishwasher for the low rent. A train does go by several times a day and it does rumble the windows and furniture. It has some trees, very good maintenence and landscaping. Nice surrounding neighborhoods of single family historic homes. I would recommend it for the simple-living folks that want a place that they can save money on.
