I have lived in a Colony Hill 3 BD townhome for just over a month now and have found myself to be extremely happy and impressed overall. The neighbors seem to consist of families and college students.


Beginning with the leasing manager, who was genuinely interested in making sure we got accepted as residents. He was very professional, understanding, and courteous.

The house was very clean and ready for new residents when we moved in. Nice shiny wooden floors, white walls, and working appliances.

This past week they have been replacing all windows in the apartments and townhomes. The old windows were very old and did need replacing. The new windows are very nice indeed.

The space in the 3 BD townhome is very spacious and exceeded our expectations. The maintenance is very responsive and friendly, so far. The price for this 3 BD townhome is one of the cheaper ones in the area, and you get a lot for your money. Interstate 95 runs right behind our house but you can't hear it unless you have the windows open.

The town of Arbutus is very easily accesible and has everything you need. Post office, grocery store, rite aid, subshops, pizza places, liquor stores, bars etc. all within 1-2 miles of our home. Also 95 and 695 are very close by also, very convenient for traveling.

Only minor problems noted are it gets rather hot and uncomfortable upstairs if you don't have the air running. When you do have the air running, the unit is extremely noisy!!! Irritating but you get used to it. Also if you come home past 10pm at night, you might have to park on the complete opposite side of the neighborhood. However, my mother and I are extremely happy here.
