Bad experience, do not rent here

The apartment is between I-95 and a railway, very noisy place. Apartment is very old, winter utilities may go high to $200. Soundproof is bad, we could hear people walk upstairs. Trash wasn??t picked up timely. It was stink in summer. There was rat around and termite coming up through the floor. The leasing manager was unhelpful. You complained to the office but they did nothing. And they advertise the apartment 880 sqft, but the actual area is actually just about 650 sqft.
Do not waste your money here.

I have been living here for years and I agree with you. This place is a dump. I can't wait to move out and Colony Hill is so un-safe these days. It's horrible. Best of luck. =)
