HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE.

I have lived here for about 5 years now and within 6 months Colony Hill has gone totally down hill. First of all, if you have anything wrong with your apartment/townhouse it will take them forever to do anything about it. Second of all, one home has been broken into, many cars have been vandalized and some cars have even been broken into. The rent increases every year and this place honestly is not worth the $800 for an aparment and or the $882 (which is obviously going soon) for a 2 bedroom townhome or for a 3 bedroom. I would not tell anyone that living here is a good idea. I sincerely hope that you don't move here. Parking is another thing that is a joke. You will not like it here once your house gets broken into, your car is stolen, spray painted, etc. The Leasing Center DOES NOTHING about it. Please do not live here. My neighbors just moved out and we are moving out in August when the lease is up. It is not worth it to be scared every night living here. Please trust me!!! DO NOT move here. You can find better places to live for the money you would pay here that are safer.
