Colony Hill townhomes can be a fantastic place to live based on what you are looking for. Completely renovated before my husband and I moved in, my townhome has nice carpets and paint, hardwood floors upstairs, and all new appliances in the kitchen. The neighborhood is nice and the property is well maintained for the most part. I have a 2 BR townhome and the spaciousness of the inside is great. Nice open large rooms. Pretty large attic for storage. Back yard is quite private facing a dead end street (some in the community are not). Office staff has always been helpful. Main problems since moving in here have been that there is not always someone in the office when you need to ask or report something and that I had one bad maintenance experience. I actually like having the train near by. If your windows are open, it can be kind of noisy, but what location in Baltimore isn't' The price is very resonable for what you are getting.
