I was fortunate enough to snag this place in april, normally there is a waiting list.
It has been the biggest blessing. for the area you cannot beat the price..I pay about 950 for a two bedroom townhome, (a comparable townhome complex down the road goes for 1300 a month)ALL of the rooms are generous in size, and its well laid out. I have hardwood floors on both levels, but that varies per unit i hear. I rarely ever hear my neighbors. and the area is quiet overall, all the neighbors are polite and respectful. I have only needed a maintenance request twice, and have been satisfied that same day. I truly cannot say enough good about this place. It is a bit tough to contact the main rental office, and i do wish this place had a washer/dryer in unit.. however there are several private laundry rooms on the complex that are just great. I love love love this place and intend on staying put until i can afford my own home. def. check it out!
