Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
We have been living here for about two years now. We love the area. Its sit back in so hardly any traffic which is good cause my son loves to play outdoors. Parking is sometimes difficult and you may have to walk a little further than normal, but this is a small price to pay for a nice apartment. The maintenance people are good. Anything that needs fixed is normally done in about a day. I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling I think from the neighbor above and maintenance was there in half an hour. The apartment complex is kept clean. All and all I would recommend Colony Hill to anyone. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
