I have been living here almost a year now and I would recommend this complex to anyone. I have to be honest, there are some days I just to pack my bags an dleave, but I think you will find that no matter where you live. This community has a lot of young families with children, so there is not a lot of teenagers and young adults wondering the neighborhood. Since living here, I have had a few maintenance issues that were not addresses in a timely manner, but that's renting. I have never had any pest problems, nor seen or heard of any crime. I-95 and the Marc train can be loud at times, but it makes for a great atmosphere I think. Having your own private backyard really makes it feel like home, and the play ground is great for the kids, with a nice park bench for the parents. The trash is always collected before it overflows or smells, and the neighbors for the most part are friendly. You will always have one bad egg no matter where you go. The a/c and heat is a little dated, although maintenance claims they are only a few years old. In the winter, the bill is reasonable at $110.00 a month, but it July and August, I was paying over $250.00 a month to cool 950 sq ft. I think that is a little high. All in all, the complex is always presentable and clean of rash in the parking lot and common areas. The leasing office holds neighborhood parties every few months, and sends out a quarterly news letter. Granted this not the best place to live, I am sure there are better, for the price you pay, it's a nice private neighborhood with large rooms and private yards. If you want the best, you have to be willing to pay top dollar.
