THE ENTIRE COMPLEX NEED TO BE REBUILT..
THERES A MAJOR RAT INFESTION PROBLEM..AGAIN, ENTIRE COMPLEX..MAINTENANCE IS PITIFUL..NOISE LEVEL IS AWFUL..THE COURTS ARE FULL OF DRUG FAMILIES AND NEXT DOOR TO CIRCLE TERRACE... DONT MOVE HERE..I BAG YOU..AFTER 5YEARS PLUS I SHOULD KNOW...THE HOUSES ARE TO EXPENSIVE..A THIRD FLOOR BEDROOM AFTER REHAB RENTS FOR 750 AND UP.. REMEMBER THERES NO INSTALLATION SO YOU CAN HERE A COUGH, SPIT, SHOWER,..ETC YOU DO THE MATH..I GIVE THIS COMPLEX ONLY 50%
