THE RENT IS OUTRAGEOUS, MICE LIVE WITH YOU IN THERE OWN DOMAIN..ROACHES LIVE IN THERE OWN COMMUNITY..THE WALLS..DRUGS ARE ON THE RAMPAGE..LOOKING FOR FOOD TO EAT..THE WALLS, THE WALLS, THE WALLS,PAPER I MEAN PAPER THIN.. THE MAINTENANCE IS PITIFUL...THEY COME ONLY IF YOU HAVE A 911...AFTER 10YRS PLUS I SHOULD KNOW.. OH! I FORGOT ABOUT THE CHEAPING PAINT.. IF YOU WANT YOUR HOUSE PAINTED YOU HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST 4 YEARS..THEN YOU HAVE TO DO IT OR ALLOW MAINTENANCE IN YOUR HOUSE WHILE YOURE OUT..SO IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET HELD UP AT GUN POINT, ROBBED, RAPED ETC.. LIVE WITH ROACHES AND MICE..PLEASE DONT COME HERE..OH YES YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU SEE IN THE MODEL TOWNHOMES...TRY PAYING OVER $700 FOR WHAT A LITTLE BIT OF BRICKS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOMES AND THE NAME RIVERVIEW TOWNHOMES..I GIVE THIS DEVELOPMENT TO CHANNEL 2, 13, 45..OR WHOEVER WANTS IT.. this complex have a mice that have grown up to become rats, do you hear me I said RATS. rats in the sewer that come onto the property, dead rats in front of the door, trash cans, etc. paper thin walls, no sympathy from the landlords. these suckers need to evict themselves from being landlords. they need to be called drug lords. oh did i forget to mention the roaches stacked as high as the tower of babel, the empire state building. the walls are so thin you can write on them and the lead from the pencil would go right through. dont move here, dont refer even animals to live here. if lived here 10 years plus. i should know.
